This Privacy Policy explains how Sketch Mine ("we", "us", "the Game"), developed by Ahmet Kaan SERTER (akscompany), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile game (package: com.kaan.sketchmine2) available on Google Play Store.

By using Sketch Mine, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Sketch Mine does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, or precise location.

However, our third-party advertising partner (Google AdMob) automatically collects certain technical information:

Advertising Identifier (Google Advertising ID / GAID) — a resettable, anonymous device identifier
Device information: device model, operating system version, language, country
IP address (used for general geographic targeting and fraud prevention)
Ad interaction data: ad impressions, clicks, viewing time

This data is collected solely to serve relevant advertisements and prevent fraudulent ad activity.

3. Third-Party Services

Sketch Mine uses the following third-party service:

Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC)

- Used to display rewarded and interstitial ads

4. Legal Basis (GDPR — European Users)

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Sketch Mine is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We do not store personal data on our servers. All data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's data retention policy. See: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Include the device identifier (if available) for which you want data deleted
We will process your request within 30 days

You can also reset your Google Advertising ID at any time:

Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID / Delete advertising ID

8. Opt-Out of Personalized Ads

You can opt out of personalized advertising:

Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization (toggle ON)

Even if you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your interests.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the limited data collected. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

10. International Data Transfers

Data collected by Google AdMob may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, where Google's servers are located. By using Sketch Mine, you consent to such transfers.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
